Biography
Mr. Block is a partner in the Real Estate Group. His practice specializes in commercial real estate development and finance. Mr. Block represents developers and equity investors in the construction, leasing, and acquisition of office buildings, local and regional shopping centers, apartment complexes, and other commercial facilities, including the formation of limited liability companies and other ownership entities and the completion of like-kind exchange transactions. He also represents financial institutions and life insurance companies in connection with all phases of construction loans, permanent financing, and revolving credit facilities, as well as loan workouts and foreclosures.
